招聘 - Technical Director – Swine（ID1601） Location

Responsibilites

Leading the technical team to deliver world class services and support to swine clients across China.

Technology Application and Deployment

Responsible for the application of technology to our swine customers and prospects in close cooperation with our commercial and product management teams.

Responsible for performance of our product portfolio and keeping us ahead of our competitors.

Organize and provide training and best practice sharing within China to make sure all relevant team members have the necessary knowledge to successfully position our swine portfolio.

Visit strategic accounts in close cooperation with our commercial and product management teams to implement technology and get feedback from the field.

Strategic Implementation and Technology Development

Manage and support the company R&D program (for swine) in China.

Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing Leaders to develop and execute swine strategy for China.

Help develop proper value proposition and messaging of various swine offerings in conjunction with Product Manager.

Deliver upon swine growth targets.

Ensure alignment o横纹薹草f local swine strategy with global swine strategy.

Talent Development and Connectivity

Grow a develop China Swine Technical team.

Ensure proper staffing of China swine technical team.

Ensure p长嘴薹草roper and regular tra金瓜ining of existing personnel as well as finding and growing new talent.

Setup proper development plans for each team member to ensure continuous building of a high performance team.

Direct contacts to key customers, genetic companies, veterinarians, academia and other key stakeholders in China.

Qualifications

Well-connected and recognized with the China swine industry.

Demonstrated proven success in development, application or leadership of technology to support business growth.

Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, influence and collabor血红杜鹃ation in a decentralized organizational structure.

Experienced in leading leaders, providing coaching, and developing talent.

Over 10 years demonstrated expertise in swine health and nutrition, feed manufacturing and swine production or applicable field.

Experience in application of both animal health and nutrition solutions on the farm. Ability to articulate the relationship between health, nutrition, and performance, especially in challenged environments (i.e. disease).

Strong analytical and conceptual skills.

Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary studies.

PhD degree (or equivalent experience) in animal nutrition, immunology, or virology.

Fluent in English; Native Mandarin.
